Dr. Levitt is an adult and forensic psychiatrist in the Phoenix area. She completed her training at Maricopa Medical Center. She is employed full-time at Maricopa Integrated Health System on one of the adult inpatient psychiatric units. In her private practice she provides consultations for criminal and civil matters and provides fitness for duty evaluations in many arenas.
